What is a Workspace?


Organizations are able to set up multiple boards, committees, or functional teams — called “workspaces” — within Convene. Each workspace has its own set of members and user groups, which administrators can easily assign and configure. These users and user groups can be invited to meetings, resolutions, review rooms, and announcements of workspaces that they are a part of and will also be able to view materials that they have been granted access to.
