Convene Support for Your Board Needs

We use Convene as our on-the-go document review and approval tool. The board members have had a better experience in terms of being able to read board papers more quickly because of the Convene interface. Convene as a whole is very convenient to use. It’s easy to change items, roll over agendas and actions, and even write annotations on documents. Making annotations directly on the files helps us as we can write notes while reviewing the board pack beforehand, and just refer to them during the actual meetings. What’s great about Convene is that it supports all these functions, even offline, without compromising confidentiality and security.

Convene is very simple and intuitive. Papers can be easily uploaded, published, updated and re-ordered. The use of Convene has simplified the administration of board meetings and reduced time and effort associated with same, along with a reduction in printing and paper use.

Governance and compliance are huge issues within all organisations and Convene allowed us to balance this objective. The board meetings are now more efficient and have enabled us to hold more teleconferences, run quick meetings, and get decisions from the directors in between the regular meetings.
