Coping with Increasing Requirements for Internal Audit: Are you Ready?
The Singapore Exchange (SGX) might be one of the first few exchanges in the world to require issuers to have an internal review of their sustainability reporting process. Furthermore, it encourages issuers to additionally commission an independent, external assurance on the sustainability report — with a deadline extension to those who would choose to do so. As these requirements are adopted, this webinar aims to cover the key considerations for a good ESG reporting and a deep dive into the role of internal audit to meet increasing pressure towards ESG disclosure and transparency.
