Convene Data Processing Addendum

We have developed contractual terms that meet the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements and that reflect our data privacy and security commitments to our customers.

The below Data Processing Addendum (DPA) shall apply to customers who enter or have entered into agreement(s) with us for the use or subscription of Convene services, whereby these customers and/or their affiliates are subject to applicable Data Protection Laws of the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and/or the United Kingdom, such as the GDPR.
