Very easy to use! Convene is more than just a meeting portal. it’s a great resource for sharing publications/documents and electronically reviewing and approving documents without the need to have separate meetings for these. Functions available in this app are great, including combining all meeting papers into one pack. Support is second to none – 24/7 and very accommodating. Overall, Convene has been extremely cost-effective and offers far more functionality in comparison to others we have trialed and has been a great asset to us in Governance!

This software is web-based, so it allows us to continue working through any crisis. It has a library for one-stop-shop information. It is easy for administrators to use and you can ensure that those who should not see private documents in a board pack can easily be switched off from accessing them by the click of a button. It is very user-friendly and self-explanatory. Training was provided by friendly staff to the administrator and user, making it easy to integrate into the College.
