Our board portal solution has undergone many enhancements through the past few years, so we believe it needs a new identity that best represents what it originally stands for while reflecting the direction it is heading.
Thus, we are pleased to announce that we have changed our board portal solution’s name from Anywhere Pad to Azeus Convene. We have also updated our logo to reflect the name change.
In light of this significant transformation, we would like to take this opportunity to assure our customers that your current licences will remain in effect, and all features will remain the same.
However, please take note of the following changes:
- The logo of our board portal solution as it appears on the application, sign in page, website and other collaterals now bears the name “Convene.”
- Administrators can now access their organisation’s web portal at a new URL which will be sent to them in an email.
- Directors can now access the application server at a new URL which will also be sent to them in an email.
- In lieu of support@anywherepad.com, any query or concern should be sent to support@azeusconvene.com.
Other updates will be added as necessary, and all customers as well as other stakeholders will be informed accordingly.
You will still get the same useful features and reliable services you have come to expect from us. Only our branding will change; our board portal solution will still streamline meeting processes, facilitate virtual collaboration, and enable remote meetings.
