We have developed contractual terms that meet the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements and that reflect our data privacy and security commitments to our customers and users.

The below Data Processing Addendum (DPA) shall apply to customers and users who enter or have entered into agreement(s) with us for the use or subscription of ConveneAGM services, whereby these customers, their affiliates and/or users are subject to applicable Data Protection Laws of the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and/or the United Kingdom, such as the GDPR.
